What do "Position opened" and "Churned intraday" mean in Order Flow?

Options ReconLast updated October 27, 2026
Quick answerOrder Flow (Terminal) lists every order behind every signal with what happened overnight. Position opened: open interest rose, so the size was kept. Churned intraday: it traded back out the same day. Awaiting: the verdict comes tomorrow morning.
The details
  • Position opened: open interest rose overnight. A real position, not day-trading churn.
  • Churned intraday: open interest did not rise: the money traded back out.
  • Awaiting: open interest settles overnight; the verdict arrives the next morning.
  • SPREAD: two strikes traded as one structure, shown with its net value. Visible here, never counted toward a signal.

The next morning's open interest is the receipt: it cannot be faked. Show history goes back through earlier sessions (earlier days).
