What does "one contract of every trade, added up" mean on the page?

Layered OptionsLast updated October 27, 2026
Quick answerIt is a running total in dollars, as if you had taken one contract of every Layered Options trade since January 2025 at the posted debit, closed at the target or at its value at expiry.
The details
  • Each win: (target − debit) × 100. Each loss: (value at expiry − debit) × 100.
  • Not counted: commissions and your own fills.

It shows the shape of the record over time; the record has the numbers.
