No. Some tickets lose, and some burn most of what they cost. Every one is on the record, wins and losses, on the Plated view of Recent recipes. Losses come, and when they do you see them on the dashboard, stamped Taken Off the Heat or Burnt. The most you can lose on a ticket is what you paid for it, so size every ticket small and the same. The live record is on Recent recipes → Plated. It is never typed into a page or an email. See how the record is scored.
