How is the record scored, and where do I see it?
Quick answerOn Recent recipes → Plated, live from every on-sale ticket served. Wins caught during the day count at +40%, what your GTC sell gets; an overnight jump counts what it was worth at our 9:45 AM check.
The details
- Where: Recent recipes → Plated · the record. It reads "Record: wins for closed" and lists every closed ticket.
- What counts: every on-sale menu ticket, filled by 4:00 PM ET at or under its debit. The Chef's Table has its own record, never mixed in.
- Day-time wins count at exactly +40%, the price your resting sell fills at.
- Overnight jumps count their 9:45 AM check value, which can be more (a Chef's Surprise).
- Time exits count what the spread was worth at 3:50 PM ET on day 10.
- Before the 43¢ Rule: tickets served before Oct 30, 2026 over 43¢ are shown apart and left out.
Last week's replay (the Last week tab) shows a whole week cooked on closing prices.
