Do the tickets come to Telegram, Discord or my phone?
Quick answerEvery ticket is on your dashboard at 3:00 PM ET. Homemade Options Alerts, an add-on, also sends each ticket, the +40% Order up and the last-day reminder to Telegram and Discord; its Join buttons are on your Homemade Options page.

- Your dashboard: always, at about 3:00 PM ET (sometimes 3:01).
- Homemade Options Alerts (an add-on): each ticket the moment it is served, Order up at +40%, the last-day reminder, and a note on days with no ticket. Own it? The Telegram and Discord Join buttons are at the top of your Homemade Options page. Don't own it? The same spot shows how to add it. We never send a join link by email.
- The Kitchen room on Discord: the free Preheat and Kitchen pings, posted once each, no phone buzz (Follow us → Discord).
- The FBT App: coming soon.
