What are Preheating, Almost ready and the Preheat pings?
Quick answerThey show how close each menu ticker is to its 20-day high: Prepping, Preheating (within 3%), Almost ready (within 1%) and In the Oven (at or over it). From 10:00 AM ET, a ticker that reaches Almost ready gets one Preheat ping that day.
The details
- Prepping: more than 3% under its 20-day high.
- Preheating: within 3%.
- Almost ready: within 1%. A Preheat ping goes out, once a day, checked every 15 minutes from 10:00 AM ET.
- In the Oven: at or over it at 3:00 PM ET. It gets a recipe, and a Kitchen ping when it is served.
Both pings are on the Ticket rail tab and post to the Kitchen room on Discord. A Preheat ping is a heads-up, not a trade.
