Where do I enter, put my stop and take profit on Gravity Zone?
Quick answerThe call is the Gravity Break: a daily close above the buy level, confirmed by a higher close on at least 1.5× the usual volume, above the 200-day average. That close is the entry; the stop is the gravity line on a close; there are three targets.
The details
The entry: the Gravity Break
- A daily candle closes above the buy level (the cross).
- The next close above that candle's close confirms it. That close is the entry.
- Two checks on the confirming candle: its volume is at least 1.5× its 20-day average, and it closes above the 200-day average.
A close back under the level before it confirms cancels it.
The stop
The gravity line, hit on a close under it, not a wick.
Three targets
- Target 1, conservative (at least 1× the risk): take half off and move the stop to the entry.
- Target 2, moderate (at least 2×): a quarter more off; the stop moves up to Target 1.
- Aggressive Target (at least 3×): the last quarter.
Each is a swing high above the entry, lifted to that minimum distance when the nearest one is too close.
The time limit
Still open on its option Friday, the first Friday at least 30 days out: out at that close (the options play).
