What do the Gravity Zone levels mean: the gravity line, the buy and sell levels, the floor, blue sky?

Gravity ZoneLast updated October 22, 2026
Quick answerGravity Zone reads where the volume traded over the last 200 candles. The busiest price is the gravity line; the zone around it runs up to the buy level and down to the sell level.
The details

The pieces

  • The volume profile: the histogram on the right of the chart. How many shares traded at each price over the last 200 candles: cold teal where few did, hot red where most did.
  • The gravity line (dotted white): the busiest price of all. Price is pulled back to it.
  • The zone: from the gravity line up and down to where volume thins to a quarter of the peak.
  • The buy level (green): the top of the zone. The sell level (red): the bottom.
  • The floor: the low of those 200 candles.
  • Blue sky: shown when price is within 1% of the high: little overhead to stop it.

What gets called

A breakout above the buy level, confirmed and on real volume (the Gravity Break).
