What is the TriTrader+ 3:35 PM heads-up? Do I buy it?
Quick answerAt 3:35 PM Eastern the scanner reads each stock's session so far as if it were the day's candle. A daily triangle buy it would call on that candle posts as a heads-up, with the entry, stop and both targets, so you can act before the 4:00 close.
The details
Why there is one
A daily call is made when the candle closes through the line, at 4:00 PM. By then the price you could have bought at is gone. The heads-up comes 25 minutes earlier, while the market is open.
What happens after the close
- It held: the close made the call, and the real call posts as always.
- It did not hold: the stock fell back inside the triangle by the close. The daily recap names every heads-up that did not hold, so nothing is hidden.
Do I buy it?
That is your call. Buying at the heads-up gets you in before the close; waiting for the close means you only take the ones that held. The heads-up is once a day per chart, and phones buzz for it like a call.
It is part of TriTrader+ PRO Alerts (what PRO Alerts sends). 4-hour calls have no heads-up: they post when their candle closes.
