What are "open layers" on my Layered Options page?
Quick answerThe trades still open: each Thursday's spread that has not reached its GTC target or expired. Each shows how far it has come from what was paid toward its target.
The details
- A new layer each Thursday; each ends at its target or at expiry, about 36 days later.
- The bar: from the debit paid to the GTC target.
- Prices update from the market while it is open.
They are the team's trades as posted; your own fills may differ a little (placing it).
