How do I get fewer emails without unsubscribing?
Quick answerPress the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our emails: it opens your email preferences, where you keep the lists you want, get at most one email a day, or take a 30-day break. Or ask support and a person sends you that page.

- Open any email from us and scroll to the bottom.
- Press the unsubscribe link. It opens your email preferences, and nothing changes until you choose.
- Choose:
- Untick a list to leave just that one; the ticked ones stay.
- At most one a day for the lists you keep.
- A 30-day break, and the emails come back after it.
- Save.
Emails about your account (sign-in codes, receipts, access) still reach you either way.
The link unsubscribed me straight away
A few of our lists still send from an older email tool, whose link only unsubscribes. Write to Support instead and say you want fewer emails: a person sends you your preferences page.
