What is FBT Live, and how do I watch it?

1. Open FBT Live in the menu on the left (it has a red LIVE tag).
2. Press Join FBT Live. You come in where the channel is right now, like a TV channel, at the same moment as everyone watching.
3. After that it runs by itself: when a training ends there is a short break with music, then the next one starts on its own.

No sound, or the video will not start

• Pressing Join starts it with sound. If a training ever starts silent or paused (a new training, or an iPhone in Low Power Mode), the video shows a big Tap for sound: tap anywhere on the video once and it plays with sound, at the live moment.
• The small buttons at the bottom right of the video turn the sound off and on and go full screen.
• If it still does not play, the video shows its own ▶ button and a line saying to press it: press it once.
• The break's music has a Music on / off button under the video, and your choice is remembered.

The chat

• Say hi, ask a question, share what you see. Ben and the team (marked ADMIN) hop in during the trainings.
• The rules: be kind, no spam, no foul language, no links. Messages that break them don't show.
• The chat starts fresh with each training.
• Ask the team privately sends your question to our support team instead of the chat; the answer comes to your email.

The offer button

Each training shows its product's button partway through. It opens the product's page at the price the training gives, for as long as that training is playing.

Left FBT Live and came back? Press Join again and you pick up where the channel is now.
