How do I set Coiled Spring alerts on TradingView? There are no conditions to choose
Quick answerThe script sends its alerts itself. On TradingView: Alert → Condition: Coiled Spring Pro → "Any alert() function call" → Create. It then alerts on each Spring Up, Spring Down and target hit, once per candle close.
The details
- Open a chart with Coiled Spring Pro on it.
- Press Alert (the clock icon), or Alt + A.
- Condition: Coiled Spring Pro. Under it choose Any alert() function call.
- Name it if you like, then Create.
It fires once per candle close on that chart and timeframe. Our tested calls are the daily ★★★★+ springs (what is called).
