How do I read the Power Index dots?

Power IndexLast updated October 27, 2026
Quick answerThree rows, one to three dots each: green for strength up, red for strength down, yellow for neither. Trend Power reads the EMAs, Momentum Power how hard price is pushing, Profit Power whether it moves enough to pay. Nine green dots is Full Power.
The details
  • Trend Power: the close against the 20, 50, 100 and 200 EMAs. Above the 20 and 50 is one green dot; the 100 too, two; all four, three. The same below, in red.
  • Momentum Power: the gap between the 3 and 9 EMA against its own 20-bar average. Wider, more dots.
  • Profit Power: how much the stock is moving against its usual range (the 20-bar ATR against the 500-bar ATR). Green in an uptrend above all four EMAs, red below them.

The Power Score adds up the green dots, 0 to 9 (Full Power).
