How do I set a price alert on Find Better Charts? Will it really fire?

The chartLast updated November 3, 2026
Quick answerOn a computer, right-click on the chart itself (not the price column) and pick "๐Ÿ”” Set alert at โ€ฆ". On a phone, draw a Level and press ๐Ÿ””. Or type a price in Alerts. It fires when the price gets there, on the stocks Find Better Charts charts.
The details

Three ways to set one

  • Right-click on the chart (a computer): the menu offers ๐Ÿ”” Set alert at <price> at the spot you clicked. Right-click on the candles, not on the price column at the side.
  • A Level (a phone or a computer): draw a Level with the drawing tools, select it and press ๐Ÿ””.
  • Alerts at the top: type the price into "Alert me when โ€ฆ reaches" and save it.

Each one shows on the chart as a dashed amber line with a bell. Drag it to move it; right-click it to delete it.

Does it fire?

Yes. It goes off when the price reaches your level, and shows under Alerts with a sound. You can have up to 50 waiting.

"This stock can't have an alert"

Alerts work on the tickers Find Better Charts charts (which tickers). On any other ticker, the chart shows a short message and sets nothing.
