What does "Getting close" mean on MagniZone? Should I buy those?
Quick answerGetting close lists charts sitting just under a zone that has not broken yet: within half an ATR on the daily chart, one ATR on the 4-hour, or inside it. They are not calls: nothing is called until a candle closes through.
The details
- What it is: where the next calls come from. A close up through the zone, with the rest of the checklist passing, makes the call.
- What it is not: a buy. Many never break, and some break on a day the market is down (SPY under its 50-day), which is not called.
