What is the difference between SPARK and ANVIL signals? What is CROSSCURRENT?
Quick answerTwo styles of the same strategy. SPARK signals are the fast ones: more frequent, quicker in and out. ANVIL signals are slow and heavy: fewer trades over hours or days. CROSSCURRENT marks a SPARK and an ANVIL pointing opposite ways on the same ticker.
The details
- SPARK: more action day to day.
- ANVIL: fewer, longer trades.
- CROSSCURRENT: for example an ANVIL long riding the bigger trend while a SPARK short trades a quick pullback. Normal, not a malfunction: both can hit their targets.
