Where are the EFC stop and target?
Quick answerThe stop is the lowest low of the 10 candles before the fill, less 9 ATRs: wide, to give the bounce room. The target is half the risk above the entry on the daily and 4-hour charts, and the risk itself (1:1) on the 1-hour. Both move a little each candle with the ATR.
The details
- Out at the target or the stop, whichever price touches first. The card and chart show where they are now.
- On the 1-hour, 1:1 made about twice as much a trade as half the risk on the months held back; on the daily and 4-hour the two made the same, and half the risk got there in half the time.
